How to provide meaningful digital health services to people?
A global financial services leader has an ambitious digital strategy in the health area: offer useful services to help customers worldwide in managing their health, improving their wellbeing and making sure they can live independently as long as possible.
In several projects, we helped our client explore in-depth customer needs in numerous countries around the globe (Europe, the Americas, Asia), at different stages of their innovation process: early opportunity exploration, co-creation of new services, as well as evaluation and improvement of existing health applications.
All projects were run in a collaborative way involving key stakeholders during framing, client need exploration, insight formulation and concept development.
This led to the launch of a new app promoting wellbeing and healthy lifestyles as well as the re-launch of a practical health management app that’s unique in the market today.
